Tidus is the main character in Ff10 and the star player of his team in Blitzball. Everyone loves him. Like his father, he has become quite good in this sport. He was taken to the world of Spira during one of his games and there he met Yuna. From then on, you can tell they like each other. Tidus becomes one of Yuna's guardians. Tidus is a cheerful, happy-like person. He hates his father.
The reason he hates his father is because he was always mean to Tidus when he was little. Tidus used to tell Jecht, his father, to stop drinking, but Jecht would say "Maybe tomorrow." Jecht would always call Tidus a crybaby because Tidus would whine alot. Another reason Tidus hated Jecht is because whenever Jecht returned home from a long journey, his mother would ignore Tidus and stay around Jecht. It was like his mother chose Jecht over Tidus when Jecht was around.
Later in the game, Tidus finds out that sin really is his father that disappeared a few years ago. Like Tidus, Jecht was taken to the world of Spira. There, Jecht became a guardian of Yuna's father.
